Return & Refund Policy

Due to Hygiene & Safety Reasons

As our products include personal hygiene and sanitary items (such as sanitary pads), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered and opened.

Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return

  1. Send an email to support@himbhavy.com with your order number, issue, and a photo/video proof.
  2. Our team will verify the issue within 24–48 hours.
  3. Upon approval, we will initiate the return pickup (if applicable) or request you to ship it back.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only for eligible return cases (defective/wrong product).
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, the order will be processed and cannot be cancelled.
